Standards and Compliance Manager
JOB SUMMARY
RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a Standards and Compliance Manager to join our team and drive service excellence across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks. The role is responsible for ensuring safe and reliable passenger service through a strong focus on reliability improvement, asset performance, system assurance, RAM, and asset management across all rail systems, while acting as custodian of asset maintenance standards, engineering standards, and asset management plans. The Standards and Compliance Manager will lead the System Assurance, RAM, audit, and compliance teams, establish and maintain processes for audit, change control, and configuration management, and ensure full compliance across all activities. The role also includes conducting periodic audits, preparing reports for senior management and regulatory bodies, supporting ISO 55000 certification, and reviewing supplier design and build documentation and configuration records to ensure alignment with required standards.

Civil Labourer
JOB SUMMARY
RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a Civil Labourer to join our team and support service excellence across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks. The role involves assisting in inspection activities, defect verification, and ad hoc civil maintenance tasks across the network. The Civil Labourer will support the Civil Inspector in conducting inspections of load-bearing structures and assets, including bridges, viaducts, tunnels, stations, and other structural components such as walls, columns, and beams, asthat all activities contribute to mainta well as waterproofing and retaining structures. The role also includes supporting ad hoc inspections and ensuring ining the safety and integrity of civil infrastructure.
