JOB SUMMARY
RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a Performance Analyst to join our team and drive service excellence across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks. The role is responsible for ensuring contractual Key Performance Regime (KPR) data is accurately measured, monitored, and reported to management through effective reporting systems, while maintaining high standards of service quality and performance across the networks. The Performance Analyst will analyse performance trends, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of corrective actions to enhance operational outcomes. The role also includes developing performance measurement frameworks, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to manage contractual obligations, and leading investigations into performance gaps to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement. Candidates should have strong analytical and reporting skills, experience in service or maintenance performance environments, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
