Power & Distribution Manager

JOB SUMMARY
RKH Qitarat, the operator and maintainer of Doha Metro and Lusail Tram, is currently looking for a Power & Distribution Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate must deliver a safe and reliable passenger service with a specific focus on safety, engineering, maintenance (level 1 to 4) and asset management for the following systems: Traction Power supply, APS / Rigid Catenary, Station Power Supply / Energy and implement the maintenance processes, procedures, manuals and plans for all applicable systems and equipment. The Power & Distribution Manager will manage the infrastructure in-house Level 1 to 4 maintenance activities and the relevant staff for the above stated assets, enhance asset performance and enforce best industry practices, with a value for money approach, contribute to the set-up of the Maintenance Management System (MMS), targets and dashboards for area of expertise, provide assistance to the ISO 55000 Certification for area of expertise and act as a field expert within the Keolis and RATP-Dev groups. The candidate must posses a minimum 7 to 10 years’ of experience in engineering / maintenance of Railway infrastructures, MAXIMO or any similar MMS/CMMS, QLIKVIEW or any other similar Business Intelligence systems and a B-Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.Degree (4 years) in related engineering field is desirable.

Service Delivery Director

JOB SUMMARY
RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a Service Delivery Director to join our team and drive service excellence across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks. The role is responsible for the overall operation, passenger experience, and operational performance of both networks, ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer service. The Service Delivery Director will develop and implement strategic and management plans aligned with operational and customer experience Key Performance Requirements (KPRs), foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, and maintain strong relationships with Qatar Rail and other stakeholders. The role also includes leading performance management initiatives, overseeing incident response and communication processes, promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring robust data collection and analysis to drive operational excellence and maximise passenger satisfaction. The candidate requires to have at least 15 years’ of experience in public transport operation including 10 years in an executive position, proven experience of leading and managing teams effectively and strong people facing and communication skills.
