Power & Distribution Manager
JOB SUMMARY
RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a Power & Distribution Manager to join our team and support the safe and reliable operation of the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks. This role is responsible for leading safety, engineering, maintenance (Levels 1 to 4) and asset management activities across traction power supply, APS/rigid catenary, and station power and energy systems. The Power & Distribution Manager will implement and manage maintenance processes, procedures, manuals and plans, oversee in-house maintenance teams, and drive asset performance through best industry practices and a value-for-money approach. The role also contributes to the development of the Maintenance Management System (MMS), performance targets and dashboards, supports ISO 55000 certification within the area of expertise, and acts as a field expert within the Keolis and RATP Dev groups.
