RSK & Depot Engineer
JOB SUMMARY
RKH Qitarat, the operator and maintainer of Doha Metro and Lusail Tram, is currently seeking a RSK & Depot Engineer to join our team and drive service excellence across our networks. The role focuses on engineering, maintenance and asset management of Rolling Stock, Engineering Vehicles, Depot Equipment and Depot Facilities, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operations across the network. It involves monitoring asset performance against targets, developing performance dashboards, overseeing maintenance subcontractors and implementing best practices to improve service reliability, asset value and operational efficiency. The role also includes ensuring contractors comply with safety procedures and regulations, coordinating activities across Metro depots, reviewing and negotiating maintenance contracts, and contributing to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 55000 certification and ongoing compliance within the area of responsibility. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and have strong knowledge of Rolling Stock and Depot assets, contract management and relevant technical standards. They should be proficient in IT systems, including MAXIMO or similar maintenance management systems (MMS/CMMS), with knowledge of risk analysis, condition-based maintenance (CBM) and predictive maintenance.

Project Supervisor - PMO
JOB SUMMARY
RKH Qitarat, the operator and maintainer of Doha Metro and Lusail Tram, is currently seeking a Project Supervisor – PMO to join our team and drive service excellence across our networks. The role focuses on overseeing project planning, coordination and execution from initiation to completion, ensuring effective day-to-day management, productivity, quality and compliance with established standards. It also involves monitoring project progress, managing resources and equipment, maintaining operational standards and ensuring delivery within approved budgets and project requirements. The successful candidate will contribute to efficient project delivery through effective risk management, time management and coordination of project activities. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering or project management, with a recognised project management qualification such as PMP or equivalent project planning experience. They should have sound knowledge of project planning, risk management and time management, along with proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
