Engineering and Maintenance Director
JOB SUMMARY
RKH Qitarat is currently seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Director to join our Senior Management Team and lead the Engineering & Maintenance function across Doha Metro and Lusail Tram. The role will be responsible for asset management, maintenance strategy, processes and plans, ensuring compliance with RKH’s Safety Case and supporting the delivery of operational targets. The successful candidate will lead senior engineering and maintenance teams, manage contract and operational requirements, drive asset performance and set standards that support safe, sustainable and cost-effective operations. Candidates should have at least 15 years’ relevant experience in engineering, asset management and maintenance, including senior leadership and board-level experience, with a proven ability to lead delivery teams, manage complex technical matters and drive strategic initiatives.
